I used to play starcraft brood war back in the day quite a lot. Then after years of not playing starcraft I picked up starcraft 2. I love online competitive gaming, but for some reason starcraft 2 1v1 ranked ladder just stresses me out lol. I prefer to watch.
I get that. Brood war passed me by, but I only played SC2 long enough to understand the race mechanics and that I’d never be good enough to really enjoy playing. But for some reason, still enjoy watching…esp pro scene.

About the whole casting Reynor only losing thing, do you think that it has something to do with how good he is? So, all the series where people play super hard, or bring something totally whacky to the field, its to beat him. Either you have to play like a god to beat him the honest way, or do something super creative to beat him some other way. Either way, Reynor brings out the best in other people, which makes all the times he loses a fantastic series. Reynor rolling people over is a bit less intriguing. Yes, yes, we know he is super good, so him rolling people over is "expected" so to speak. Just thoughts

soo be like: dynasty? seems to have a lot of bases. i just take em and rally roches across the map and bile tanks. dont see the issue here

Never understood the premise of the stimpack upgrade. It's a combat drug, I get faster movement, but how do the Marines shoot faster? Do they press the trigger harder?
they do burst, not auto, so it could work. if you lock back on between bursts faster, you can shoot more in less time.
but they just speed up the animation by 50% lol. just shortening the pause between bursts, or making it full auto (strength = can handle full auto) would have been better lol.

is there a way to get their build orders from games, i would really like to see step by step build of soO, i personally like cheese or at least fast paced games i play similar as him and im mid master zerg player i thought i am not climbing cuz im not playing late game units so much but now i see that theres still hope but he plays different and have some different ideas compare to me ofc im bad compare to him but im sure watching his builds step by step can improve my gameplay and maybe make me low gm one day :)

Why doesn´t anybody use the roach burrow fast healing to harass in waves getting roaches back to full hp? i always see half dead roaches in waves 2 and 3 get popped almost immediately. Anybody?

Isnt G1 just a Roach/Ravager all-in? I see 1 queen into Lair builds pretty frequently when people go for speed roach or high ravager count early attacks.
Laughing a bit about Loko having difficulty visualizing double elimination bracket layouts.
I assure you Lowko that in more than 25k hours on wow ive never experienced the game as the harcore mode gave me emotions… you gotta try it !

im not sure why you do this thing where you want every game to fit into a specific time or norm.
LIke... "soo is building this gas late/early" or "idk what soo is doing" etc.
Is there no room for variation? It's as if you're looking down on players not fitting in a specific and expected pattern.
I think you should be excited when things aren't fitting into a pattern because it means it's something new, rather than calling them out for being creative labelling them "strange" or "weird"
It's a double elimination round robin. Easy to understand.
