Also the recovery time and tips to have a good buddy experience. Maybe also on signals that should alert people. Hello Anvar, Great work. You are not afraid to share your "secrets" and help others. There are many instructional videos out there for freediving but what you are doing focusing on spearfishing is priceless. I have a question for you. In your video you talk about when we are landing on a flat surface we will have to raise our head to find the fish and consume oxygen through the neck and back muscle. So what do you do for this? You avoid landing on flat surfaces completely?
Hi, Constantinos. I dont think that secrets will bring development to me and you :) To answer your question in short - "yes". There usually is a mixed bottom layout (I think we both dive in the Med) and you can almost always find a very good position for your dive. For example, try to hide behind some larger rocks (having an upper body against the rock + legs nicely relaxed) . Doing so will: * keep your back comfortably curved * conceal your presence * your chin will be "angled" towards the chest and it will not be stressful to observe whats up to the left and to the right of you. Technically, you want to be as close to a fetal position as possible. Does it clear it up a bit? :)
