Embiid isn't hated, but I think people think he's annoying. He talks soooo much trash and has won nothing. He's always injured and seems to care more about his own stats, flops a ton, and complains a lot... At least for me...

Dan, he is one the dirtiest (Draymond level), foul-baiting, and injury proned players in the league. On top of that he openly criticized his fellow Olympic teammates (I don't like Lebron but he is playing great and that age cheapshot Embiid took was overboard) and then blames all his woes on injuries & not enough help. This is not to mention the circumstances around how he won his MVP.

You obviously didn't watch the interview in its entirety, where he makes the reference of being the most hated player in the NBA. Part of the problem is he needs to know when to keep his mouth shut, but I think his biggest problem is his total lack of self-awareness! Also, he plays dirty. Out of frustration he kicks opponents, pulls on their legs, takes a dive into their legs... He ended his own teammates career. Please watch the interview in it's entirety so you understand. 🤷♀️
