    I made a way to keep the squirrels from eating what controls the amount of corn flow .

    hey Dawn, thanks for watching. if you could figure out a way to attach a larger tube around it that would allow it to fall straight down into a catch pan. I believe if would Google automatic pet food feeder you might find what you are looking for.

      +Mike Kirkpatrick, I did but i got nothing out of them, they all use different kinds and not the feeder i bought lol. If i could hook 2 5gal buckets together i think that could work but i'm not sure if the cat food would clog the spinner? I was even thinking maybe a wide strip of rubber roofing to go around the bucket that holds the cat food? So when it spins it will hit that and fall into a pan? I guess it really falls under if the spinner doesn't get clogged right? I couldn't get my darn brain shut off last night trying to figure this all out LOL I will give it a go and IF it works i will let you know :P Cross ur fingers!

    How did you center hole then cut out?

      Wow this was so long ago I don't remember now. I'm no mathematician so I probably measured the diameter and then cut that in half and measured my center point in multiple directions. I will go on the record and say I'm no longer a fan of the boss buck parts. They just didn't hold up to squirrels.

      You can find funnels at most feed stores that sell feeder accessories!

    How hard would it be to turn a Pro Analog spin feeder into a cat feeder? LOL I tried to look you up on Facebook but to many with your name. If you know any easy tips into converting this, let me know. We bought a house in the country and the lady who sold it to us left behind 2 cats along with a note to feed them once a day. I'm not to big on cats but i sure don't want them to go hungry while we are not at our house. This house is in Missouri and we live in Illinois so i could use all the help with this as i can :) ty ty Dawn Knight

    What did you do with the pipe inside the feeder head that controls the flow rate?

    • @herd360
      @herd360  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      RafterBBuilders it is still there. I attached that part to the pvc

      Herd 360 oh ok, can you still adjust the feed flow by doing that?

    • @herd360
      @herd360  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      RafterBBuilders yes by lossening the bolts and sliding the head up or down like all boss buck feeders.
