The bees also had to be informed of deaths in the family, and they had to sing to the bees if the Bee’s lord or master, which we call the beekeeper today, died, as well as given an offering of funeral biscuits and wine, among other things. Also the theft of bees was a high crime. Also it’s still practiced today, the royal beekeeper had to inform the bees of the death of Queen Elizabeth, and the ascension of King Charles to the throne
So in this isekai, each roll of the dice summons a new person until the kingdom gets the random bonuses to a summon's stats they are looking for. Considering my past behaviors in games with character creation like that, I potentially emptied a city of its population on another world.

The original Basic D&D included formulas for trading points in one ability for another such that the total number of points dropped ehen you ro so. The consequence was that we tended to have characters with their main ability for their character class maxed out but all the others near rock bottom, especially Charisma. Sounds like this hero is based on those character builds.
