Loved the stories! Always look forward to your videos. Didn’t know if you knew this, because I recently discovered it. As a prime member in addition to getting the first reads for the month they also offer “prime reading”. I believe it is up to ten books at a time you can borrow that are through prime reading and some good authors are on there like some of Freda McFadden.

Hello Danielle. This is so funny you brought up the kind of stories you want to read. I was wishing that you could read other positive types of stories. I do not listen to or watch crime shows. I feel stories are food for the soul, so I am careful. I also realize it is your channel and definitely do what makes you happy with it. For myself I skip the crime episodes, but I watch the other ones :)
Oh also! I was gonna suggest finding Chicken Noodle for the Soul books and read the poems and stories in them. Theres some for young adults and adults and then it goes to like men and women. Whatever I enjoy them all so it doesn't need to be categories! ❤❤

I like the 'bird lady' story because I sub out "that DMC floss color" with Anchor 046. Like you said, personal preference. Perhaps it was a DMC joke to label that color with that number. But it does give pause to some people. But I understand your point, you didn't appreciate her disrupting the peace of the store and shoppers with her personal preference/belief.

Instead of a TV, in today's world the kid would ask to be the cell phone. I have noticed people tend to pay more attention to their cell phones today than they do their children or anything else for that matter.
