Hi from New York, I remember driving through the Amalfi coast (from ravello to Amalfi and to Positano) and it took me forever. As a matter of fact, I climb down the steps faster than driving 😂

One drawback to a scooter is if you have even one other person in your party. That was the dilemma I had to face.

I made this drive this past July and it was GORGEOUS!! I knew it would be incredible but there was no way to know just how much fun it would be too...though my wife might not agree, the heights get to her. Beautiful video you've made here!
I liked the 360 video more just because I could look around like a passenger. This one I felt as if I were the one driving, so i was paying attention to the road and traffic rather than looking around.

That's true....but whether you are in a car or scooter....on this road you can barely take your eyes off the road for a moment with all the twists and turns. :)
Background music is really good... not to distracting,. Much more stable than the 360 video. I'd love to see another driving tour in the future. Great work.

@@ProWalks Hope you get a good driver. Italy seems to have so much preserved history. It makes for many great video options. While I was in the UK there was lots of Medieval architecture, but minimal Roman. Some Celtic. But so much rain.
Filmed the same beautiful year I visited the stunning Amalfi coast. It's a good work, effect of presence. Adoro la costiera Amalfitana e sicuramente ci tornerò!
I won’t ask your opinion of those large tourist buses that don’t care when and where they stop. We found that the roads are much quieter between 08:30 and 09:30 that is when most tourists are still having breakfast. 😀
Yeah, I originally filmed the ride on a Monday earlier this year. There were no cars....but also most of the shops were closed and there were no people out. It just didn't have the right feel to it so I went back and filmed it again on a weekend. Definitely more crowded but I think it is nice to see all the people out and about. Riding on the scooter the buses aren't a problem. :)
Prowalk Tours Perhaps there is a business opportunity .How about a scooter chauffeur service? You ride pillion with the person who knows the language,knows the route and the area.

Absolutely. And sit either at the front or immediately behind the middle door. You get the best view, and you are high up so you can see right over the wall.

Glued to the 65inch UHD watching this ride just now but that undertake of the SATA coach with the Rispo advertising at 1:42 as he starts moving off is a real buttock clencher!!! You survived it of course...good man😄👍
Can I ask if the road is steep? We are here with our motorhome and have a 50cc scooter to get about. We'd love to do this road, but with the two of us on it, the bike struggles to get up steep hills and we just get slower and slower. On the flat we bomb along OK. We'd need to travel the road in both directions, so a long downhill might be nice on the way, but we have to then make our way up on the return trip. What do you think?
Well, there are sections that are up hill, but it hugs the coast just about the entire way. Maybe going from Positano back to Sorrento has some steep sections. Two people on 50cc could be tough..but only in a couple short parts. I think you will be fine.

Great road. We walked from Ravello to Castiglione beach and it was pretty nice. The climb back to Ravello almost killed me though :D
