cette recette est absolument a tester, ca fait des siecles que c est utilisé en afrique et ca fonctionne tres bien , dans la video , la poelle est recouverte a titre demonstrative de charbon vegetal , car je n ai pas de marmite a noir (je cuisine sur un four INDESIT - four a chaleur sans combustion ), mais pour ceux qui en ont n'hésitez pas a faire le test le resultat est exceptionnel , ca va vous rendre heureux , ceci dit pour avoir une marmitte completement brillante pensez a utiliser une eponge metalique avec la solution .

I think this is a trick only. Because I see the bottom of pan is much dirty while the rest still very clean even color not yet changing. Do you just apply black coal on the bottom then use your method to clean it?

I like this cleaning hack but I hope it works for my pans and pots.
1)1 tablespoon of toothpaste
2)1 tablespoon of sodium bicarbonate
3)1 eggshell
4)1/2 of a lemon
Mix everything then apply on the pan and let it stand for 30 minutes. Clean and polish.

O lingura de pasta de dinti, o lingura de bicarbonat, si o coaja de ou maruntita praf. Adaugati 3/4 de lamie si amestecati bine. Puneti pasta pe fundul tigaii si lasati pentru 30 de minute. Curatati cu un burete metallic de bucatarie si limpeziti cu apa.
