Yo need some advice, I got a 5500XT which seems like it's got a mining BIOS, it crashes under load, I tried flashing the stock ROM using latest AMDVBFlash tool, however getting a mismatch SSID, I'm guessing I could use the older ATI Flash tool to force it to flash?
@@AlexHusTech this is the issue i had with the newer version amdvbflash. Mine was a pn mismatch though. Used the older version to circumvent the mismatch and it worked in my case
Years ago I bought a mined RX570. The owner did not save the original bios and installed the wrong bios. It still ran but it won't play games. Took me a while to find the original bios online.
Definitely a bit of trial and error. Glad you got yours working too. I made the mistake of not saving my original bios before I started trying to permenantlly edit them but got lucky in my case cuz these other bios seemingly work better!
You need to make sure in the bios the igpu is not disable in bios. Sometimes when a gpu is installed it will disable the igpu. Also make sure you plug your display cable into the motherboard. After you make sure it's enabled and display cable plugged into the right source you should be able enter the pc fine and then begin to troubleshoot the bricked gpu

why the older version of ATI FLASH and not the new one?
the new one didn't work because of a p/n mismatch. The older version allows you to flash regardless if the mismatch exists
