I think John meant to say camber adjustment on those rear control arms. The issue with those turnbuckle style adjustable arms is that you’ll most likely end up with different length arms on each side to get the angles dialed in perfectly, which can lead to different handling characteristics on left vs right turns. An eccentric cam adjuster keeps the arm length constant. Same deal on 90’s Hondas with those rear adjustable upper arms and toe compensator arms.
I am a blessed man I own a 5th generation Honda lol. Intercoolers are designed to disburse heat. Paint it and you are putting a blanket on it that "will" hold heat and the intercooler will be less sufficient.
@@xl9295 wife’s GDI Mazda CX5 with 141K miles had never had injectors cleaned or calibrated. 🤷♂️ don’t think that’s really a normal maintenance item. If there’s a problem then sure, but otherwise if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
Chill guys I never say was necessary but if he already do the water pump whit out needed why don't clean your fuel system but whatever do what you want to do Lol
With the thicker core on the Koyorad, is that going to a dual pass core vs. single pass on the stock unit? Also with so many parts on the FL5/DE5 being similar to the FK8, wonder if things will prove to be interchangeable. That would be real cool for things like the sway bar and control arms.
The car is six years old and you’re already giving it a refresh? In that case, do you mind refreshing my 2006 S2000 next it would be greatly appreciated.
Do you really need all that sway bar and rear control arms suspension upgrades? I think honda did a really good job their fk8 suspension. That’s why it’s best for track car. Is the owner even track his car?😂😅
You could argue, why bother buying a supercar that has state of the art everything. Carbon fiber here, magnesium there. You end up paying a pretty penny. Instead this person's got a Phoenix yellow FK8, probably one of the best front wheel platforms (like you said) but why not achieve been better. If you have the money why not?
The RV6 upgrade looks really good. Never heard of adjustable control arms.
👍🏼👍🏼
Yeah we are using them on our Integra race car on the Hart road race team.

Bringing her back to a clean ripper the AHC way! 💪💪💪
Right on!!

Man the mods that would be on my car if I had AHC Garage as a resource.
Cheers!!
Nice refresh now clean the injectors calibrate the valve train and she it's ready for 75k more
My 385,000 mile GSR has never had injectors cleaned or calibrated. Still runs like a top. Maybe use quality fuel and stay up on fuel filter changes.
Because your GSR it's not direct Port injection my friend this new technology it's completely different

Never to early for a refresh
@@ahcgarage you’re right. When can I bring it by?
Waiting on Acura MDX TYPE S content.
I thought the inner bolt is for toe alignment 🤔
Believe that’s camber for those control arms.
👀
i wonder how much the new owner paid for this nice piece of machinery
It’s just money 😁
@@ahcgarage still would like to know lol
@@ahcgarageunfortunately money = time so its “just” time but in reality we cant get time back ☹️
