Its 20 litres, it comes with straps that you can mount on any bike...I just clip mine to the loops that came stock with the pillion seat. Its easy to clip on and off to take the bag off the bike. Check out my very first video at minute 1:45

You can get the bag on ebay, got mine there. That is a Garmin navigation unit, also got that on ebay.
