I have one of these units, it needs resto work done. I am going to take my first whack @ re-capping on my 7700! Any recommendations on parts for the board be appreciated!
nada de que disculparse, preguntando se aprende ! mira, si mal no recuerdo este amplificador tiene un cable de entrada de señal RCA de fabrica que normalmente va conectado al preamplificador de esta unidad, si lo muestro pero veras un cable que use temporal, no tenia el adaptador adecuado de tipo RCA hembra a hembra , y use un 3.5 a RCA macho para conectar mi reproductor, las bocinas se conectaron de forma normal. si tienes en mente algo para usarlo, dime de que equipo cuentas y te ayudo, va?
sorry for my late respond... I've tried this amp a couple of times, the sound is tight and good quality, 150 Watts x chnl !, but remember it's Power Amp. only has one input you need preamp to control the vol. and to select sources . Thank you for stop by.
I picked up one of these for a good price from a local thrift store, powers on but doesn't seem to function properly. It is highly dusty inside, so I will clean that first and see if that is the only issue or not. I read another comment asking about a schematic. Do you have that available in case it needs more than just a thorough bath? Thanks

I have the whole system to this amp the speakers also I would love to use this system my mother gave it to me ... It will rock the block if I can get it together ... My problem is the wire Gage I need I had it set up before but I used the wrong speaker wire which caused the fuse to blow inside the amp . Had the fuse issue fixed but due to not knowing why the fuse blew . I blew the fuse again ... So Monday I will repair the fuses in the amp but I will not use this system untill I am sure of everything so this doesn't happen again .. thank you so much
@@brandiluke8023 , disconnect the speakers from the power amp., turn it on … lets see if the fuse still good after that. if the fuse stays ok, then your problem is the wire or the crossover of your speakers (use 14 Gage wire)
@@Jaime_Estevez well actually I don't have any wire for them right now I'm not sure if the wire I had was too large or too small but it was wrong so I threw it away and the fuse is busted so tomorrow I will buy a new fuse and the wire but I don't know what gauge of wire I should purchase like I said it's the exact amplifier the 7700 CD I've never replace the fuse myself I took it to a shop once or twice so this will be my first time actually replacing the fuse myself I took the framing of the amp I removed the framing from the amp took a photo of the fuse and the information about the fuse not sure how to get fuse out it looks pretty easy but I don't want to damage anythingso therefore I must first purchase the fuse but I also wanted to purchase the correct gauge of wire
Use 14G wire, the size of the fuse is printed on de circuit board by the fuse holder, make.the test that I suggest you, no wires connected on the amplifier.
