I’ve sailed on the Carnival Mardi Gras and it’s definitely my favorite ship I’ve been on! It definitely had some of the best food, and were lots of bars to choose from including a unique bar called the Fortune Teller that has some very interesting drinks! And there was so much to do on the ship! It has a ropes course that even has a zip line on it and even though the roller coaster isn’t free to ride, you definitely need to try it at least once!
I rode the Bolt 7 times and regret not riding it more. At $15 for two rounds it's a better bargain than bungee jumping, (real) zip lining, slingshots, sky coasters or other for pay thrill rides. Mardi Gras was excellent and I can't wait for Celebration and Jubilee!
Probably not much bigger unfortunately, same with container ships. If they get much bigger they’ll be really limited when it comes to docking at ports!
Lovely informational video. But,….what they don’t mention is big ship, big passenger capacity….long lines for venues such as the buffet, the theatre. Noisy and crowded pool areas. Smaller cabins, smaller balconies. Longer waits for the elevators/lifts. The list goes on and on.
