How does a return work?? I messed up my first order and they cancelled it same day and gave me the full price in credits literally a hour or two later so I could reorder it correctly. That’s awesome though! So if I don’t like a frame I can get it back to them and still utilize the funds?

Hi! I'm thinking about getting some zennis for myself. I got a pair for my daughter last year and I was worried about them squeezing her lmao you can soak the bottoms of the temples in warm water for a few minutes and bend them a little to adjust them!

Before placing an order, please note that Zenni doesn't provide any after-sales service or repairs. You will regret it if your glasses break or need repairs. Zenni will tell you to order new glasses, as they will not repair or sell spares.

I looked into the return policy. It's something like 30 or 60 days, 50% cash back or full credit to be used in the store. The products are so affordable I can see how they can't offer extensive services.

@talllifestyleadam I am talking about paid repair services where the customer is willing to pay for repairs and parts. Warby Parker offers paid repair services, but Zenni does not.
