From what I understand, yes. It is a REQUIRED document to finish the process of divorce legally. It's annoying for myself as I have been separated for over 10 years and don't really want to share all my financial information with him that has nothing to do with him...but I still have to. He didn't even file a response and doesn't care to try to even get any sort of custody of his son so I'm filing these to request a Default.
