I get bad anxiety and know how rough it can be a lot of the time. Anxiety is only temporary, and there will be a time when it passes, hangs in there, and be strong ❤❤❤
the person i'm worried about, i can't really do a thing, because he's gone. i don't know why it still causes me anxiety since it's in the past. i just think about all the things i could've done differently for a different outcome, i know it doesn't matter at this point. i read somewhere depression is about the past and anxiety is about the future so you should live in the now. kinda hard to live in the now when the now isn't great. i guess the anxiety is thinking about a future without him and how it'll never be the same ?? it's been years and every time i remember it, it hits me all over again. each anniversary it sucks more. human emotions need a major nerf from god
I'm sorry that's a constant struggle for you. I can't imagine what it's like to lose someone the way you're going through, but maybe the best demonstration of love toward that person is to learn how to love yourself despite what is in the past.
