​@@younglihying no, she doesn't 😄 it's only a joke... heechul used to make different smoking jokes to the guests (he later became an anti-smoking ambassador for real).
in this case he made a fake electronic cigarette, that's commonly used when someone wants to quit smoking... implying that somin should stop smoking (as if she was, and obviously she wasn't... that's why she laughed out loud 😁)
