I supervised the steel melting shop of,both. Mr. Mittal though him self is not an engineer, was deeply involved in every problem, along with his father Mohanlal ,unlike Mahindras. Beside this he selected his key staff from very cable persons from India, who helped him achieved his goal. He should appreciate and acknowledge them. During my working period with him I found his father always involved with him in technical matters. He got separated from his brothers and father after he got involved in global steel giants like Arcelor.
