I saw GG's and Droodle's make a video about tier 1 killing E100, so I decided to try to kill the Might Maus with tier 1 tank. Spend pretty much whole day yesterday making this video, hope you like it, if you do share it with your friends! I'll try to make more of stupid videos like this, so don't forget to subscribe :)
The maus has 50mm of engine deck armour. Most tiers have enough pen to go through that, but most tiers dont even fight the maus. Btw its theoretically possible for a KV-2 to 3 hit the maus with HE shells, i find that incredible
Funny enough, you used to be able to do this in the real WoT. For one, every shot you hit did at least 1hp of damage even if it was blocked or bounced. Secondly, there was a single weak spot on the rear of the Maus that an MS-1 could pen if you used gold. This was during the first year of the game and I think they changed both of those things pretty quickly.
You can actually penetrate maus in every tank you can shoot from the top just like he showed but the effective way not needing to go to the top is use any tank if your still in tier 7 or 8 and can't penetrate the maus go behind and brake it's turret and use he aim under the turret behind very behind it will pen but only do 40 - 50 damage because of the he shell
I feel like the only way to kill a Maus with a t1 tank irl would be to make a super luck shot that goes down the barrel of the maus to blow up the maus shell in the barrel
What if the maus is actively trying to kill you tho I do think the best way to kill it is to use your nimbleness o our advantage and just drive circles around him while trying to shoot him
World of tanks be like: **Pens armor straight to the engine** WE DIDNT PENETRATE THEIR ARMOUR! **Shoots Armour that has no vital components and over penetrates** WE GOT THEM
Ok, now we know it... you just need to find a maus hanging from a cliff, and he has to let you and your friends fire 300 rounds at it, and you can kill a maus XD
This video reminds me of the scene in Girls und Panzer when a Maus is destroyed by a Hetzer, a Type 89 and a Panzer IV in a very similar way to this video lol
I tried that with my cousin and this is like bossfight, but some tanks on X tier are impossible to destroy with I tier, for example Jadgpanzer or Badger.
on console and the pc version that has spg's if you can get the muas into a position where you can shoot the underbelly you can pen the maus's armor and kill it with a tier 1 tank as the underbelly is only 50mm thick, do not know if that will work on wot blitz though
if wotb tier 10 heavy tanks was like Five Nights At Freddy games, they will be named: Five Night At Heavies. they are the mighty ones, Scaner, except for the maus, it got powercreeped by tier 1s, nice job ngl

I tried killing the Maus using HE and of course it worked but I never tried to kill a Maus using Tier-1. Also love video keep up the good work.
