Foul is Fava Beans --- actually peeled fava beans mashed with some herbs and some spices, the taste of fava beans is dominating in this dish with very mild spices!

It's really a miracle that Roza is based on moon 🌜 Year. That is 10days shorter then solar year (355) days which makes Month of Ramzan revolves around the year sometime in summer and sometimes in winter.
