Dear Praveen, Unless this is set as Enterprise Set at Business Unit Set Assignment, you will not be able to create a complete definition of customer from header to site.
Dear Viewer, Please watch the step "Manage Business Unit Set Assignments". Secondly, setting up of default RDS at the time of creating a Business Unit is a commonly understood part.
