I'm sitting here watching the fireworks section and the tears start to flow. "Ghad, I'm turning into Kitra." Then cut to Kitra crying. There is no shame in being emotional visiting Disneyland. 70 days and I expect to have tears flowing as soon as I step onto Main street.
What I like about your videos are, I can not go to Disney at the moment myself, except watching your videos, makes me feel like I am right there at the parks.

The “hidden gem” area in Hungry Bear was even more awesome before the construction of the new Star Wars land. The tables were right over the water. Now there is a pathway between the tables and the river. Glad they still kept that area to chill out.
Yeah was so much better when it was over the water! People used to feed the ducks below...one day we were there and people were tossing the ducks fries , buns etc and they ate it all...then someone threw in a pickle...first duck jumped on it , shook its head and promptly spit it out...then another duck did the same....then another...was pretty awesome!
Thought I'd put some washing away whilst watching the fireworks part in the background....nope.... Sat and watched it and started welling up! Then laughed and cried at Goofy and Donald with the streamers!
The Matterhorn is a classic. Always fun. The right amount of thrills and intensity w/o overwhelming you. Thanks for showing me the secret eating spot. Great to see fireworks back at Disneyland. So beautiful.
I don't know if someone mentioned this already, but that little rubber band on the straw that comes with the mason jar is supposed to go on the bottom of the lid. It prevents the straw from falling out, so you don't lose it. Anyway, FANTASTIC video as always!

Matterhorn is my favorite ride, it's a lot smoother these days. I remember back in the day when the bobsleds didn't have individual seats and people had to straddle eachother - super awkward! I was happy when they gave everyone their own seat lol
I think also the right side is smoother. I liked the originals because usually you’d end up in one car with your significant other so you had much more room than the three per car. Sure you were straddling but it was more comfortable with the extra room

I was there a couple of days ago as well and saw the mickeys mix magic from it’s a small world and they did an extra bit of magic during the frozen segment which was amazing!!! If anyone is there for a couple of days do the castle side then the small world side to compare.

I rode the matterhorn when it opened originally and it was how we met Walt Disney. I came up under mothers chin and knocked her out. We were his guests for the rest of the day. I have never forgotten it.
I went June 21st-25th and had I not started watching you guys about five months ago, I wouldn’t have any idea what I was doing in the parks. You can really feel the magic in your guys videos, going back for Christmas 🎄
After watching several other 4th of July vlogs of fireworks, yours is seriously the best! I didn’t even know they projected part of the show on the Matterhorn…and I was teary right with Kitra. Thank you so much for sharing your moments with us…beautifully crafted video!

It was so awesome getting to meet you guys and standing next to you during the fireworks that night. I was so excited to finally see fireworks at Disneyland for the first time. All the other years we have gone the fireworks would get canceled because of wind or some other reason. Loved this! Oh and thank you Kitra for the tip to watch from Galaxy's Edge. We did that the last night we were there and it was such a great way to end our trip.
The ride can be faster or slower depending on weight distribution of the car. I once did the left side, and it seemed faster than usual. In fact we went so fast, they had to shut down the ride as we arrived too early. I asked about it. And I was told the ride is free fall, and it's all about the weight distribution.

Pete & Kitra - how the heck are you getting these fantastic camera angles on the Matterhorn and Big Thunder? They don't seem to be from either of you holding a camera? I love it! It's like I'm there with you.
I think it’s some kind of 360 camera maybe a GoPro on a stick mount. Peter is holding it in on Big Thunder.
