Mistake 21:51 GA was isolated by Yabuta And Sumiki not by korosawa.Kurosawa only reported the appearance.Hence option D is correct .

Yes that would have been the correct choice if the 4th option wasn't none of these. In Ncert also it is not mentioned that Kurosawa isolated it so we can probably go for 4th option.
