Like the beginning quality criteria mentioned in the beginning of the video. A good macaron also has a nice crunch and non hollow filling. Not sure if this is possible with aquafaba. There are videos here that say that a certain patato proteine can do this better.
Its also possible to make a lot of aquafaba powder at once and store this for long. I was wondering if this may be a more efficient option that works for frequent macaron or aquafaba user. Can I use vinegar instead of tartar?

For drying time what temperature to keep for 1 -2 hours? Is it in air conditioner at 18 degrees or something else? Coz I have made macaroons with same ingredients except cream of tartar... the cost is mostly of AC.
It totally depends. I live in seattle so some time it takes 4-5 hours on room temp n for this batch it took only 45 mins on room temp. I would prefer fan more thn ac. Just let it dry until the top surface is toatlly dry to touch. N yeah cream of tartar is also important part to make Macarons

Mam if we r using home made chole liquid then where we have to use it boils chole liquid or other liquid n does we need. To boli it as u have done
