  • Hello, my fearless folks!!!
    Imposter syndrome: is a psychological condition that is characterized by persistent doubt concerning one's abilities or accomplishments accompanied by the fear of being exposed as a fraud despite evidence of one's ongoing success.
    Here some tips to help you deal with imposter syndrome.
    1. Remember the journey to where you are now. You did not just get there by luck - it was hard work.
    2. You are enough!
    3. You belong in the room and spaces you occupy- OWN IT!
    4. Stop being your own biggest critic! - Take it easy on yourself. More than likely everyone around you thinks you’re doing a great job!
    5. You are qualified- that’s why they hired you!
