Never seen or heard unhygienic coconut water in my life...vendor just picks it up, opens it up using knife and puts a straw in it...never does the hand or fingers get in contact with the water

I respect the innovation... but i have a question... this sophisticated technology is really needed when work can be done by simple sickle... also if we observed coconut water gets in touch/contact with many different surfaces before it is consumed
1. drill bore(which gets directly inserted within the core water..unlike the knife which just slashes on top)
2. it goes through the tank(god knows when would they wash it)
3. Drinking coconut water in plastic glass will be like worst idea!!(except u want to parcel it..its necessity)
so overall tech/innovative machine this is but not hygienic or practical!!

Innovative 👍, but when was it unhygienic
In south india the street vendors use arval a sort of grass cutting sickel or knief roarate the cocnut frim top while cutting requires manual expertise put the straw n give u .This is also a excllent option who want to set up shop somone asked why filtration maybe sometimes while cutting the cocnut some outside fiber may get in .as of use of plastic there so many toxins outthere when a somone makes a honest living people sitting on high horses talk eco friendly we can put all toxic materials in sink holes 🙂
Yes, coconut water is served like this everywhere, from andaman to Delhi. And the hands never touch the water, so I didn't quiet understand why this video is portraying them as non hygienic. Moreover there is no need to filter coconut water. This is just for marketing.

For us, this is unhygienic since the coconut water comes in contact with dust ridden metal & plastics. The traditional way is the better way to drink, directly from the nut to stomach😋But the gloves are preferred.

dude, the machine is great bu the more you put the water in machine and touch with tools, the less hygienic it becomes.
Just use the machine to punch the hole and cut. do away with filtering and using plastic cups
