My God, you are simply the best! Could listen to Slash all day but I love to watch you play it. 3:26...love that fill in. My favorite part of the entire song!
Ive been a long time subscriber, and ive got to say that you have never posted a video that hasnt been great! and i love the fact that you play affordable guitars! You inspired me to practise new songs, and the most importantly, learn to play them clean! Keep up!
Oh man it's my favorite too! And the way its played it sounds awesome. I wish I could do something like this too. I've been playing for like two years now but still can't finish one song by ear. It makes me lose my interest. But this boosts my motivation and inspiration. Rock on! \m/
most guys cant note the difference, you have to be too crazy about tone to notice the sound change with or without the cover. The cover enhance the low end of your sound and kinda makes your pickup mix the notes in a creamy way (cant find a better way to explain it haha). The same pickup without a cover will have clearer notes and a bit more high end.
@MrAlexBoii you gotta play the same note on 2 strings. press the 5th fret on the 1st string and bend the 2nd string on the 8th fret until you reach the 10th fret note. That way youre playing the A note on both strings. Just add some vibrato to the bending. Thats what Slash does.
@posseidon35 I use Guitar Pro to write my MIDI files, and then I use plug-ins on Cubase to convert the MIDI files. Once I have the instruments in WAV or MP3 files, I use Cubase again to mix them together. Sounds easy, but takes a lot of time. Figuring the drum beats, the bass or the piano in a song takes some time. The plug-ins Ive used are EZDrummer, Virtual Bassist and The Grand II (for piano).
Hey buddy, yay another video! I love it! I've said it before and i'll say it again, you are AWSOME! I would subscribe you more than once if i could. That's talent you got there. Respect. :)
@flammingcarrot thanks man, well, the original song points your attention to the lyrics, less mids on the guitars. The right channel guitar cant be heard at some points, etc. I made a guitar cover, plus as a guitarist I give more presence to the guitars. But Im glad you liked it :D
@RondineliDiniz thanks man, took me a couple of days to learn all of the guitars. Its actually a very simple song, but I love the choruses, the solo, the rhythm during the solo, and pretty much everything else :P
Wow never heard this song! Eith no lyrics, the riffs sound a lot like Zeppelin... the leads don't sound like them though... it's like Zep riffs + Slash licks! Awesome !!! I'll go listen to the actual song now ... Great playing btw!
It's amazing, man!...Very nice !...How long you've trainned to play it all!?....with the solo and everything else!? I would like to pay it tab!. Congratulations!
@posseidon35 The idea is writting the drums, bass, piano, or any other instruments into MIDI files. Then you use a program that contains realistic instrument sounds, takes a MIDI file and converts it into a WAV or MP3 file that sounds like the real thing. Once you have all of the instruments in separated files you just use an audio editing software to mix them together.
@marianomcastro muchas gracias carnal.
I write the drums using Guitar Pro and I get a midi file out of that program. Then I go to Cubase, load EZDrummer and run my midi file through this plug-in. Its very easy actually.
@kamikaze12351 thats a simple Fender Standard Stratocaster, made in México. But I changed a lot of stuff, such as the pickguard, pickups, tuners, wiring and electronics :P
@Maltasor when you say "more clearly before" do you mean the original song, or the first times you watched my video? Cuz I cant change the audio or video on my covers once theyre uploaded (I think YT offers some editing tools, but I havent used them and I wont ever use them, seem very poor to me).
when seasons changeeeee...gewerh remains

Great job, especially on the guitar solo. Thanks for sharing!
thanks my friend!
they say theres no completely original music, each song is inspired by another one, sometimes a classic such as sth.
thanks for stopping by!

This is a great song. Don't know much about Kid Rock but he sings it really well.
amazing cover. Les Paul sounding great, especially on the solo.
@wojtekk83
thanks man, you gotta.
Usually, modern music is shit, but this album is actually awesome! Slash did a great job.
No problem man.
Its very simple, but takes time to get used to write drums on guitar pro, takes a lot of patience too :P

thanks for watching!

Great cover Elias ! Slash playing with Kid Rock seems like it wouldn't work, but turned out one of the better songs on the cd!!! Cool video intro !
I haven't heard the original to that song, but you're version sounds great!
@pablonoxi

@cdaniel86
gracias carnal.
