I think you will probably regret not going up construction 3 and then Thumatrugy. Also I think Air is a better mid game explosion to prepare for late game. Need a ton of research this game.
I'm going to regret not taking A4 on my pretender somehow. Not having it is going to limit the air I can do outside communions quite a bit. What are your thoughts on construction 3?
@@DarkSideCookies for air nations or someone who has the option through indies essential. Namely owl quills are good for yourself and they’re good to trade with. It puts you in a position of leverage. Also I rate some of the earth stuff as decent but not worth investing early unless you have earth 3 easy access. Because honestly construction 5 is a mid game research for glamour nations necessity whilst 3 powers up air and basic earth into useful cases, but not overwhelm one’s.
@@jamesbeus598 Yeah, do love me some owl quills. There's just so much research to get and so little time it feels like. You want thugging research like alt and enchantment, evos so your mages don't have to be in combat to be useful, thaum for good communion stuff (even something like paralyze) etc. Const 3 should be a pretty easy pickup. Hopefully I get it soon. I forget what order I end up doing things in. I normally don't like rushing const for a first 5, but I like getting it as a second 5. I want that first 5 to try and win me a war.
