I try to intercede and pray for people. After this God gives me peace and fall asleep. This is my nightly routine. Our mind is like a computer. We have to delete all files before we go to sleep by praying and filling it with thoughts of God. Thanks God for the gift of sleep.

I like to write down my worries and my plans for tomorrow and get everything stressful out of my head and onto the paper. then I like to think about at least three things I'm grateful for in my life, and write them down as well. then I'll write down a way that I can be a better person tomorrow. it helps so much, and it's very similar to yours, even if we believe different things ❤️
I'm exactly like you, my average time to fall asleep is probably 2 hours. However today for some odd reason I could not sleep at all. I'm talking it took me 7 hours to actually fall asleep. Then I only managed to get 2 hours of sleep before I was woken up again and unfortunately, I can not get back to sleep. Where I really hope this is a one time experience for me, it has highlighted my issue of not getting enough sleep due to the 2 hour delay I normally get.
