    My tip is spiritual. Before I go to sleep I pray like, thanking God for the day's blessings. Then I Surrender to Him all my problems...putting them all under his feet and control, then I ask forgiveness for the sins committed, knowingly and unknowingly and forgiving myself. I try to intercede and pray for people. After this God gives me peace and fall asleep. This is my nightly routine. Our mind is like a computer. We have to delete all files before we go to sleep by praying and filling it with thoughts of God. Thanks God for the gift of sleep.

      I'm agnostic, but theres a lot in this that I do too. I like to write down my worries and my plans for tomorrow and get everything stressful out of my head and onto the paper. then I like to think about at least three things I'm grateful for in my life, and write them down as well. then I'll write down a way that I can be a better person tomorrow. it helps so much, and it's very similar to yours, even if we believe different things ❤️

    I'm exactly like you, my average time to fall asleep is probably 2 hours. However today for some odd reason I could not sleep at all. I'm talking it took me 7 hours to actually fall asleep. Then I only managed to get 2 hours of sleep before I was woken up again and unfortunately, I can not get back to sleep. Where I really hope this is a one time experience for me, it has highlighted my issue of not getting enough sleep due to the 2 hour delay I normally get. Hopefully this video will help me with curing that 💕

    I never have a problem going to sleep but I would always wake up between 2 and 4 o’clock and not able to get back to sleep. I finally tried the 4-7-8 breathing technique and I swear it works. I never think it will when I am doing it, but it always does.

      I have had mild insomnia for years -- waking up around Four am on many mornings. A few months ago, I started to have only 2 to four hours of sleep each night, leaving me in a worse scenario of insomnia. By reading this plan *4InsomniaCure. Com* I was able to learn more about sleep and find out the ways to get a much better rest.?

    Just seeing your video...LOVE these ideas! I, too, started using the pillow between my knees during pregnancy and have not stopped. I also was just shopping for the gentle light alarm clock. I am looking forward to trying it. I am SO motivated to have success in the area of sleep. I'm just not getting sleepy at night...on those darn electronics! Once I go to sleep I'm fine. Anyway, I'm going to be trying the wind down routine for myself and I'm hoping for the best! Thanks again for sharing! 😊

      “My insomnia came out of nowhere. I was 35 when it started. My family didn’t understand why all of a sudden I wasn’t as happy as I used to be. I was just too tired! I found the *4InsomniaCure. Com* , used the techniques inside, and right away my insomnia disappeared. Now I feel better, and my family’s thrilled I’m back.”

    My experience with sleeping issues is oversleeping. I cannot stay on a sleeping pattern beyond a day to a week. My sleeping pattern is so irregular not an hour off, but two to five hours off than my time period that I am wanting to sleep for. Do you Madeleine Shaw as a nutritionist, have any advice or information to direct me towards?

    • @MadeleineShaw
      @MadeleineShaw  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello! I hope you are well, this could be due to a couple of factors, but I feel if it's putting a strain on you, I would seek advice from a professional xxx

    • @NoelleSam

      What type of professional doctor, integrative doctor, chiropractor, or? I live in the USA and doctors tend to just prescribe drugs instead of alternative options, for example if I say I am depressed they will put me on multiple drugs instead of suggesting to see a counselor. What do you recommend?

    • @sarahRA86

      H. Miller I work in the UK, I would refer to a neurologist that specialises in sleep disorders.

    • @NoelleSam
      @NoelleSam 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Okay. I will try to look into one. There is a good chance that I have to clearance from my doctor before being able to see the specialist at my hospital. Maybe, I can get around that like a private clinic. Do you recommend anyone in the USA?

    My low light solution was to buy a candle - best thing ever is to read a book by candle light, especially when it’s winter and you can hear rain on the metal roof. Im relaxing just thinking about it 😉

      I had dreadful insomnia for 9 months, the only method I could sleep was by taking medications. Finally my physician recommended this sleep program *4InsomniaCure. Com* . I was sleeping like a baby by week Five. People who have suffered from insomnia for quite a long time must also try this. My sleep was brought back on track!?
