Yeah! The actual theme/setting of this franchise is so versatile that (almost) everything (rts, hack 'n slash like Space Marine, fps like Darktide, etc) fit into it Same goes for Mario franchise due to his theme/setting too (the difference between him and Warhammer tho- is that it's family-friendly)

They were smart with licenses and did multi-genre games in the Warhammer universes(fantasy and 40K) Blood bowl is a spin off table top game of Warhammer Fantasy and ironically the video game adaptation is the only one that attempts to be as much like the table top version as possible.
Inaccurate. Also missing games like Eternal Crusade which has been the best FPS variant to date. We're hoping Space Marine 2 will take that title when it comes out.
So much time spent playing space hulk and final liberation. Such amazing games (although would have loved final liberation to get more races and units).

Oof. I still remember Final Liberation. Most of the time it was fun, but sometimes, the AI messed up real bad. Even in a Exhibition Match you couldn't had a good fight against the AI, because it choosed mostly flyers which never ended their turn or took ages to finish it. My friend had it, that some Gretchins killed a Warlord. However they managed to do that

many games skipped - End times - Vermintide, total war 3, Warhammer online, Eternal crusade, Dark Nexus Arena for example. But tnx for video anyway, it's great)
I became a fan of the fantasy universe because of Chaosbane, even though that game could be better. Got sick and tired of Diablo 4's connection issues and their online play requirement so had to return to play Chaosbane. I recommend buying the slayer edition.
dang. i dont think theres a better IP with worse games. so so many terrible games. gotta respect the will of the developers to just keep churning out turd after turd without ever dying from humiliation. i respect that boldness
To me the introduction was first Dawn of War game, the one with epic intro where the baldie marine dies rising the banner. Aside from that not much remarkable except for Space Marine 1 and recent games. I mostly avoided 40k games because they butchered DoW series later on but ended up playing lately because it became trending on TH-cam and also Warhammer+ movies definitely kept me in the loop. Not a fan of Darktide but I think production team did great keeping assets up to 2020 standards. Enjoyed Total War WH3. Also Space Marine 2 is currently cherry on top. I have always wished for more Dune games since Dune 2k as I liked the dark grim universe. It seem to be far-fetched right now, so sticking with 40k

I've replayed the Dark Crusade campaign many times. Soulstorm campaign was a let down compared to it.

I played Final Liberation for long long years and loved it dearly... i just wished they would bring back such a game today.

Kill Team was a bad, short twinstick shooter that was completley unballanced. It was not a lot of fun.
The lack of a game that played like Fallout classic is just painful.

Oldest one I own is the Platinum Edition of Space Hulk for the Amiga which was one of the few games we kept when we sold our original Miggy.

Space Marine 1 was the first game where One realy got the superhuman feeling of the Astartes. The sequel only improved on that!

not really, they different settings, Wh40k is a different and Warhammer Fantasy is a different setting, not interconnected but kinda connected

Combat Cards is my guilty pleasure. SM2 is also pretty good. All time favourite is Dawn of War 1.
