Love the two living spaces needs storage for towels and sheetes
Like the kitchen cabinets. I would change back splash. Nice bath. Love the den. Nice primary just wish it was bigger. Love the shower. Very nice home. Thank you for the tour.
Changes for my preference. No microwave above the stove, add shower seat and change shelves to wood. Then I would really like this home. Thanks for the tour !
The "Boujee" appealing enough. I like the earth tones decor and the floor plan. The laundry/utility area is do-able, both bathrooms are a plus as well.😊 Yeah, Nate, I could invest in this one. Thanks for the view.😊

Very nice home, it feels bigger than what the square footage suggests. Only things I would change is add carpet everywhere except kitchen/dinette, foyer square, laundry room and bathrooms. Also, I would choose a lighter color backsplash to brighten that darkened kitchen area. Beautiful home and price, thanks for the tour Nate!

This home will do. Anyway, my main complaint with these homes is they don't have proper foyers with closets. If anyone has a home in the Northern climate these are nice to have cause in the winter your walking in with snow all over the feet unless you have a garage entrance...

Linen closet in the guest bath for towels was a plus, but not one in the master bath that was a bummer
