we got to built seperate corridors, also a lot of animals in india are on the free most of the times, so its hard to maintain a high speed, considering the train might be damaged and also the animal might get squashed.
Bullet Trains normally don't go above 350 Kms / Hr, Even though they probably can hit 400 Kms /Hr at max speed. Some say real max speed of Shinkansen was 400 Kms / Hr. But of course, the Train will never be allowd to run at that Speed for many reasons - Safety, Durability and Potential Hazards (Like Heating, Wear & Tear etc). Of course, Bullet Trains can't run on Vande Bhaarat Tracks.
Last week I took vande bharat to New Delhi to katra, the trains were neat and clean, seats were comfortable and they were on time, just like European trains and on the top of that food and qty was amazing, hope we could have more train like this, this would be a game changer in the transportation, good job by rail minister and govt of india 🎉I am proud how far we have come.

No one can build as fast or high quality as china. China already has over 40,000km of HSR lines. Do you think India can build 40,000 HSR lines in 25 years? Or that china will stay still in the same spot for 25 years? In 25 years China will have another 40,000 km of 600km/hr rail, and also have flying taxis. And also have a moon base. India will be lucky to have 4,000km of high speed rail in 25 years. Or have 95% literacy rate even, since current rate is only 75-80% or so. India will be lucky to have toilets and sewerage system and pipes for all indians either. Or quality education for all Indian kids. From grade 1-12 like all developed countries and China has. Indian needs to get its priorities right. Not do ego projects to pretend it's catching up to china or that it's China's rival when it's not. China is already ahead of usa in many areas and is usas rival. That is the same as indians thinking India is usas rival. It's a delusion based purely on growth rates like 10% growth. Just because China grew at double digits for decades doesnt mean India will, and even if India does, India is not spending it's money wisely and does not get the same value for money that China does. Indians don't work hard like China, their system isn't efficient like China's, India has no manufacturing capacity and hasn't even industrialized. china focused first on education and industry and developing technology. India hasn't done any of those. And when India tried, like to develop domestic technology, it always fails with nothing to show for it. Just see INSAS gun. India's domestic rifle. Decades of research and development.. they built millions, commissioned and handed them out to soldiers and even exported them to other south Asian countries like Bangladesh. But after Bangladesh soldiers used them in an actual battle, they found all sorts of problems, like the barrel exploding and bullets not even firing straight. In the end india had to recall and scrap them all. And now buying Russian AKs again after decades wasted and billions invested. Same story with jet and jet engine. Tejas and engine. Still need to import western engines and tech. Or Arjun Tank. Decades of development, but by the time they finished, it was already too old and "expired" and couldn't be used. The same story for everything India tried to develop and make in India. Nothing ever works out. India is too corrupt and inefficient. that's why Indias best and brightest all leave India to go work in USA or west. If they stay in India, they will just be wasting their talent and time.. and that's if they even have the chance to show their skills off to begin with since India doesn't have any opportunity for such smart, talented people. Instead they will have to work for call centers or something for peanuts when in USA they can work for silicon valley and even be CEO of Google or Microsoft. I have experienced myself the french TGV, Trenitalia and Italo. The best was Italo clocking 312 kmph near Bologna during my tour of France and Italy. The main difference I realized is the track they have built for the bullet train. Its displacement is so less that actually you don't feel like you are riding a train! Hope India can achieve that too oneday..

The shinkansen E5 series bullet train which is collaboration between India-Japan is different from what ICF is going to build. This is just vande bharat with aluminum body and more powerful motors. Top speed will be 250KMPH. Don't confuse this with the actual HSR corridor which is being built between Mumbai and Ahmedabad. These vande bharats wont run on those corridors which are of standard gauge. On new corridors only shinkansen E5 series trains will run with 350KMPH.
Average speed will be 250 kmph. Through testing the trainsets, I am sure Railways is looking at a speed equal to E5 Shinkansen series. But you are right, these new trains won't run on Mumbai Ahmedabad HSR.
Plan is to build something similar to shinkansen. China did the same thing. They started of with foreign collaboration and then moved up to build their own HSR technology.

vision is good. but what i believe is that we must first upgrade the tracks so that maximum attainable speed is atleast 180 km/hr. For routes of vande bharat, tracks should be upgraded on a proirity basis and these vande bharat should run at 200 km /hr (max). These two should be on the priority list.

At least 6 no of railway tracks needed for each route to increase passenger carrying capacity. Bullets trains, Vande bharat trains are if no use if tracks are not available.

I like how everyone keeps missing the basic point here: What's the point of an M4 MacBook Pro when you have 15hrs of power cut or only a dsl connection. Out of all the initiatives taken by the government, Vande Bharat trains are possibly the worst. The reason Railways in India are bad is because of the tracks and not because we don't have a train that can run at high speed or a Railways station with ACs. The conventional Blue trains(LHB) that you see can easily run at 100Kmph on average but run at a much lower speed. The railways claims Vande Bharat will help increase profits but the only thing that is happening is because of the extremely high congestion and fastest fingers first on IRCTC people are just shifting to other modes, The rich by planes and the middle class by BUS/ Cabs/cars. Stop Vande Bharat and fix the LHB coaches it offers a much higher ROI and would contribute more to welfare state objectives.

Vande bharat has max speed of 180 but avg speed of most running trains is 100 . We need more straight tracks . So it should be done first for clocking 250 kmph

Trains never run at Top speed for which they r built. If they r building 250 it means they will run at 220 top. Always deduct 30 KMph. Current VB designed for 180 will only run top at 160. This is same for all trains worldwide. Japanese trains designed for 350 never goes beyond 320, 314
508km bullet train 2017 se abhi tak 50% ni bani. 180km speed wali vande bhart abhi 2019 se abhi tak kidhar chal rahi hai speed pe. Sari vande bahart ki average speed nikalo 60-80 ki average ayegi. For a country like India it needs a pan India high speed train Mega project (none of India's trains are considered actual high speed trains ,the avg speed needs to be around 150 kmph,in some countries it's around 180-200 kmph) system not some miniscule 100 kms two way routes of trail where the single project of bullet train project's cost the same as the implementation of high speed train routes (actual international standard hst -hogh speed train which has an average speed of 150 kmph unlike in India the at best it's around 80 kmph,most of the so called high speed train in India is avg speed is around 50 to 60 kmph) through multiple states of india, Which would serve way way more people(of lower economic means) which would allow upward social mobility way more than ever ,but this govt or the Congress if they win will not do it to keep the domestic business class happy .
Atleast india started now the initiative to design and manufacture indigeneous bullet trains . Indians has the brain to design that. Like space research india should invest more in high speed trainset research and also aerospace engine research

we got to built seperate corridors, also a lot of animals in india are on the free most of the times, so its hard to maintain a high speed, considering the train might be damaged and also the animal might get squashed.
Bullet Trains normally don't go above 350 Kms / Hr, Even though they probably can hit 400 Kms /Hr at max speed. Some say real max speed of Shinkansen was 400 Kms / Hr.
But of course, the Train will never be allowd to run at that Speed for many reasons - Safety, Durability and Potential Hazards (Like Heating, Wear & Tear etc). Of course, Bullet Trains can't run on Vande Bhaarat Tracks.

Last week I took vande bharat to New Delhi to katra, the trains were neat and clean, seats were comfortable and they were on time, just like European trains and on the top of that food and qty was amazing, hope we could have more train like this, this would be a game changer in the transportation, good job by rail minister and govt of india 🎉I am proud how far we have come.

And not just pure HSR technology. But also in terms of construction technology and industry in general. No one can build as fast or high quality as china. China already has over 40,000km of HSR lines.
Do you think India can build 40,000 HSR lines in 25 years? Or that china will stay still in the same spot for 25 years? In 25 years China will have another 40,000 km of 600km/hr rail, and also have flying taxis. And also have a moon base.
India will be lucky to have 4,000km of high speed rail in 25 years. Or have 95% literacy rate even, since current rate is only 75-80% or so.
India will be lucky to have toilets and sewerage system and pipes for all indians either. Or quality education for all Indian kids. From grade 1-12 like all developed countries and China has. Indian needs to get its priorities right. Not do ego projects to pretend it's catching up to china or that it's China's rival when it's not.
China is already ahead of usa in many areas and is usas rival. That is the same as indians thinking India is usas rival. It's a delusion based purely on growth rates like 10% growth. Just because China grew at double digits for decades doesnt mean India will, and even if India does, India is not spending it's money wisely and does not get the same value for money that China does. Indians don't work hard like China, their system isn't efficient like China's, India has no manufacturing capacity and hasn't even industrialized. china focused first on education and industry and developing technology. India hasn't done any of those. And when India tried, like to develop domestic technology, it always fails with nothing to show for it.
Just see INSAS gun. India's domestic rifle. Decades of research and development.. they built millions, commissioned and handed them out to soldiers and even exported them to other south Asian countries like Bangladesh. But after Bangladesh soldiers used them in an actual battle, they found all sorts of problems, like the barrel exploding and bullets not even firing straight.
In the end india had to recall and scrap them all. And now buying Russian AKs again after decades wasted and billions invested. Same story with jet and jet engine. Tejas and engine. Still need to import western engines and tech. Or Arjun Tank. Decades of development, but by the time they finished, it was already too old and "expired" and couldn't be used.
The same story for everything India tried to develop and make in India. Nothing ever works out. India is too corrupt and inefficient. that's why Indias best and brightest all leave India to go work in USA or west. If they stay in India, they will just be wasting their talent and time.. and that's if they even have the chance to show their skills off to begin with since India doesn't have any opportunity for such smart, talented people. Instead they will have to work for call centers or something for peanuts when in USA they can work for silicon valley and even be CEO of Google or Microsoft.
China at least has Huawei, DJI, byd, Alibaba, tencent, weibo, tiktok, shein, temu, etc etc. China has Shenzhen. China has apple, Tesla, and all the worlds biggest and most advanced companies located in China and hiring Chinese to work for them. India has no such opportunities..
Ask yourself why India doesn't have any IT startups that develop like China has? Why India has no Indian Google or Facebook or anything? Like they don't even need capital to startup. Just need good idea and know how to code. Why India cannot do it but China can and has? Isn't Indian meant to be some IT powerhouse+democracy and China can only copy when cannot innovate since it's authoritarian? And yet china is not just leading india in code/software/AI, but even leading usa and rivaling USA and the whole world combined.
What went wrong with India and why is China so successful? Don't tell me China can only copy code. Because there is zero proof, and if china can only copy, then how can it ever be ahead of USA like tiktok? Or Huawei and 5G? Or AI for space station and automated system like automatic docking or landing, like Chinese drone on far side of the moon or on mars? Or electric cars and self driving cars? I have experienced myself the french TGV, Trenitalia and Italo. The best was Italo clocking 312 kmph near Bologna during my tour of France and Italy. The main difference I realized is the track they have built for the bullet train. Its displacement is so less that actually you don't feel like you are riding a train! Hope India can achieve that too oneday..

Vande Bharat was such a pleasant experience and now bullet trains as well. Heck ya man I am all in for my country to be developed.
The shinkansen E5 series bullet train which is collaboration between India-Japan is different from what ICF is going to build. This is just vande bharat with aluminum body and more powerful motors. Top speed will be 250KMPH. Don't confuse this with the actual HSR corridor which is being built between Mumbai and Ahmedabad. These vande bharats wont run on those corridors which are of standard gauge. On new corridors only shinkansen E5 series trains will run with 350KMPH.
Average speed will be 250 kmph. Through testing the trainsets, I am sure Railways is looking at a speed equal to E5 Shinkansen series. But you are right, these new trains won't run on Mumbai Ahmedabad HSR.
Plan is to build something similar to shinkansen. China did the same thing. They started of with foreign collaboration and then moved up to build their own HSR technology.

For routes of vande bharat, tracks should be upgraded on a proirity basis and these vande bharat should run at 200 km /hr (max).

I like how everyone keeps missing the basic point here: What's the point of an M4 MacBook Pro when you have 15hrs of power cut or only a dsl connection. Out of all the initiatives taken by the government, Vande Bharat trains are possibly the worst. The reason Railways in India are bad is because of the tracks and not because we don't have a train that can run at high speed or a Railways station with ACs. The conventional Blue trains(LHB) that you see can easily run at 100Kmph on average but run at a much lower speed. The railways claims Vande Bharat will help increase profits but the only thing that is happening is because of the extremely high congestion and fastest fingers first on IRCTC people are just shifting to other modes, The rich by planes and the middle class by BUS/ Cabs/cars. Stop Vande Bharat and fix the LHB coaches it offers a much higher ROI and would contribute more to welfare state objectives.

@@Yashwankhade_ What Iam saying is they reported that it will run on the 3 high speed corridors announced. I was expecting the same 320kms or 350 kms/h speed as in the current Mum-Ahem'd corridor. So were they saying about the 250 kms/ hr train or is it a different one?
Current vande bharat averages a speed of 100 to 110 kmph. I will believe when I see the 250 kmph train.

top speed of vande bharat is like 180 but runs at 120 to 150kmph

Trains never run at Top speed for which they r built. If they r building 250 it means they will run at 220 top. Always deduct 30 KMph.
Current VB designed for 180 will only run top at 160. This is same for all trains worldwide. Japanese trains designed for 350 never goes beyond 320, 314
250 is average speed top speed is 320

508km bullet train 2017 se abhi tak 50% ni bani.
180km speed wali vande bhart abhi 2019 se abhi tak kidhar chal rahi hai speed pe. Sari vande bahart ki average speed nikalo 60-80 ki average ayegi.

2.Vande bharat can go upto 120 km/h but doesnt coz the tracks in india are made since british raj and have lots of curves and bends while HST (high speed trains ) need straight or near straight tracks
3.this is credible Vande Bharat platform doesnt mean vande bharat trains it means the baseline foundation is vande bharat
4. bullet train corridors will be different that normal railway corridors
5.As bullet train is announceed vande bharat will get cheaper on par with todays normal trains with much more seating capacities and all trains in india need to be bought upto date with new standards

Common people who are majority 75% of the Indian population don't need bullet train. We need unreserved compartments trains for them which can connect most of towns across our 100 years+ railway tracks.

For a country like India it needs a pan India high speed train Mega project (none of India's trains are considered actual high speed trains ,the avg speed needs to be around 150 kmph,in some countries it's around 180-200 kmph) system not some miniscule 100 kms two way routes of trail where the single project of bullet train project's cost the same as the implementation of high speed train routes (actual international standard hst -hogh speed train which has an average speed of 150 kmph unlike in India the at best it's around 80 kmph,most of the so called high speed train in India is avg speed is around 50 to 60 kmph) through multiple states of india,
Which would serve way way more people(of lower economic means) which would allow upward social mobility way more than ever ,but this govt or the Congress if they win will not do it to keep the domestic business class happy .
