It’s the same explanation he gives about speaking in tongues, and those are the same scripture references he gives. Honest truth I’m one of those people who actually thought that people who pray in that shakarabababa stuff mbu bituffu those are tongues of the Holy Spirit and often times I could wonder why I don’t speak. Cz I remember some pastor at a church I went to I even left it cz my spirit kept resisting the church said we’d all pray in tongues and trust me nze nasabanga mu luzungu no Luganda then someone told me I need to start learning how to pray in tongues I was lost cz how? Thanks but there are different areas where disciples spoke in tongues but verser 2 of acts they spoke in tongues of men. Read 1st corith 13:1. There tongues of men and tongues of angels. And with 1st corith 14:2 it show that we can speak tongues which no man understands but God. But in a church setting in speaking we need to interprete but with regards to prayer we speak to God.
