I need to do a more thorough walk around of my trike too. I really like the way you have repurposed stuff for your accessory mount and trailer. On my first Expedition, I had Cane Creek headsets, the Purple one has FSA headsets. What kind do you have on your indirect steering?

      Hi Kirk
Good question, I have no idea. I never took them apart or messed with them. I'm sure someday I will. I would like to have the very best for this trike . I'll have to look into it.
      Thanks for the comment 👍

@@FMChronicles Your's look familiar to me but I can't place them. I used to use Cane Creek and now use FSA Zero Stack headsets. What I like about them, is that they have sealed race bearings, top and bottom. I prefer Fafnir or New Dimension bearings. There are plenty of brands that are just as good out there. Something about the top of your headsets reminds me of the ball bearing type of headset. Which you should repack each Fall. I'll ask over on BROL. Larry Varney or Krispy Steve will know. Indirect steering is more active then direct steering. So you need to pay more attention to it then I do. If'n you ever need an alignment tool for the front, I have a Calibro, you can use. You can use an old collapsible antennae and a Sharpie, to do the same job. I'm lazy and sprung for the tool.

Thanks kirk, I do believe this is a bearing setup that needs repacking.
Am not sure. I seen a video The same homemade Alignment tool.
Something that I will try in the Spring.
