Thanks for another important video. From the name on the transom "BIN 2" my guess is this is HM2 483. Delivered to HYF in late 1982 as HYF129. Sold to Changjiang Shipping in early (possibly April) 1983 & renamed "Ying Bin 2". The company also purchased HM2 482 HYF128 & renamed her Ying Bin 1.
