1. what if I buy agriculture land by selling my existing property which I bought when I was in India ?
2. What if I but agriculture land on the name of my parents residing in India and after certain period of time transfer this on my name ?

This is the reason farmers are poor in India. If NRI can't invest in aggreculture land then you are missing a free investment.
