@DokutahShikikan Doesn't matter i just want a tier list since no-one has made regarding characters art's; I just want the arts classified from overpowered to downright lame-useful, but better with someone experienced-and down right this shouldn't exist, like Angelina and her family's long history of gravity arts being used only for delivering letters. Tier lists are extremely subjective, and my take on the situation wouldn't add anything to it.
