As someone with food service experience, I have to say, Keith actually embodied certain customers I've served before. 😅 The most relatable part was him being upset for the store not serving something he says he got there all the time. Happens more frequently than we can even begin to admit hahahaha

As someone who has worked foods, Shane's Karen was easily the most accurate, and terrifying to see from past experience. Keith's was definitely one that you'd see go viral on the internet, and Olivia's was one that you'd find on every Facebook thread.

Olivia's Karen is the annoying Karen. Pretty much harmless, you just want them out of your store asap. Keith's Karen is the eye-roll Karen. You can't help just stare at the scene they're making and constantly eye-roll at them. Shayne's Karen is the Karen you want to just throw into a wood chipper-the absolute worst Karen.
