I covered all the details including end to end configuration and user steps in my SAP PM/EAM course, so the videos on YT are not 2 hours long each, it would be really boring :D My suggestion is, if u need to dive deep into specific topics - consider what I mentioned above or google it, there is a lot of free resources these days.
