Completely unexpected opening. It was my first Strokes concert but i figured they'd open with something from New anormal. This was insane though, the crowd was going crazy. The LA crowd in general was amazing. They got like a 5 minute standing ovation during their break

@@helsonbulhoes3087 I wouldn't mind seeing any comedown songs. But partners in crime has double mics. Like Happy ending, Tap Out, and even Instant Crush uses it. The issue is that it doesn't sound that great live. Happy Ending sounded decent. But everytime julian does Instant Crush live, the double voice doesn't sound good.

It's most likely the case. But keep in mind that throughout Comedown Machine's release, they did no interviews, live shows, or tours to promote it. Practically none of the songs on the album were played live, especially Call it Fate, Call it Karma. Considering it's one of their most popular songs, they could have been playing it so long ago, but this was the first they have played it.
