if you're wondering how i made Kokkeisha Megumi (a Japanese voicebank) sing in somewhat intelligible English, OpenUTAU does come with a phonemizer called EN to JA (English to Japanese). It allows you to input English lyrics while working with a Japanese voicebank (you input the lyrics, and the phonemizer does the dirty work of arranging the voicebank's audio files to approximate the sound of the English word) Some manual adjustment of phonemes may be required to get the best result, though.
