Under eOffice NIC, we have seen DSC registration configuration and then DSC Signer Service in earlier videos in depth.
In this video, we will see three of the issues that one may face in DSC Signer Service and what they are, what are the solutions to overcome those problems has been discussed and shown steps.
This video is a little technical so for young and technical person will do these very easily but aged people or those who are not technical savvy will find to understand it difficult. But that is not a problem as it is not related to core eOffice File Management Work and just a configuration part.
This video will be useful when you will face issues with DSC Signer Service. This is made in Hindi and English version will be uploaded very soon.

Sir, in Mozilla Firefox, "Either DSC configuration value is not proper or DSC service is not running . Please contact Administrator" message appears whereas in Internet Explorer, the DSC works properly. Can you please give the solution?
"Either DSC configuration value is not proper or DSC service is not running . Please contact Administrator" This message appear even after clearing two port through command prompt. Problem still persist. what to do?
My digital sign is working, but when I click on digital signer service icon, the pop up box stop and start service is not coming up.

Pls use DSC signer service. It has been shown in Video 9. It is to be used in current scenario.
Dsc signer services also installed and its work. Dsc sign also done in eoffice but sgin not showing. After download documents & opening it is seen. In eoffice platform it is not showing. Pls solve issue.
It happens but when you send the signed doc to anyone. In his login it must be showing.

If you are using DSC Signer service then use latest version of Mozilla and not ESR.

Have you checked both ports ? Have you imported certificate? Try with intetnet explorer if import is done.

notification bar me in nahi ja raha hai wo to koi issue nahi hai... par password kis lie dalna hai.. mai samajh nahi pa raha.. DSC signer service to direct run ho jati hai.. koi naya version wagerah use kar rahe hain kya ap.. kyuki maine to aisa abhi tak nahi dekha hai.

Have you installed DSC Signer service?? If yes it may be not installed correctly. Pls check the steps in the Video - DSC Signer Service.

It is pathetic. The eoffice website provides DSC Signer Service (Ver.6.1.1) User Guidelines. Steps as per these guidelines just do not work. Why can't you people yourself check those steps in some systems. I have wasted so many days but failed to utilise the DSC. Please refer to Annexure-I of the guideline, for mozilla when i entre the given url it returns message - "Unable to connect- Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1:55101". It does not therefore respond in the manner provided in the Guidelines issued on eoffice website. I tried to install the certificate into firebox browser by going to - Preferences - Privacy and Security -- Certificates - view certificates - servers - add exception - https:127.0.0.1:55103 (also tried for 55100 and 55101) but the radio button of - “Permanently store this exception” was grayed. Why can't you include these in the guidelines published on the eoffice website
