1-Plywood 12mm thick 4*6 feet.
2-Foam mattress or camping mattress: Choose a thickness that suits your comfort level and the available space.
3- 12pcs 4 inch Hinges (kabja)
4- 2 pcs 4 inch sliding lock
5- 5 feet rubber pipe 1inch.
DIY Car Bed Setup Guide:
Step 1: Measure the Car's Interior Space.
Step 2: Cut the Plywood as mentioned is diagram.
Step 3: Attach all the Cutouts with 4 inch Hinges.
Step 4: Paint the final Product or paste floor mat on the plywood to give a nice finish.

Sir me suggest karunga ke bich wala matlab midddle row wala portion hai bed ka usko bhi split kara sakte hai kya taki hum sub kuch bed setup middle row ki ek side me fold kara ke rakh sake taki hamari tisara banda ya fir baccha koi ho trip me middle seat pe adjust ho jayega..... Aram se long trip ke liye kya ye change ho sakta hai kya...... Please reply.........

Rubber pipe is used front seat side. It is used on edge of ply to protect the seat from damage.
