A few thoughts: 1. I'm surprised they put the greyish stone on the outside of the house. It clashed with the olive green imo. 2. I think the white tile in the master bath is kind of ugly and wasn't worth the expense. 3. Personally, I would have spent less on the staging as it was really expensive and was one detailed. I think that money would have been better spent elsewhere. That being said, I love the show. They work well together and always greatly improve properties. There are just a thousand different options.
Tarek is so fine. He has a nice swag. And very smart in spending money. He know how to do it by not spending a lot of money. You do not have to go pricy to fix things. His new girl friend is beautiful.

Probably. Seems weird that the young girl would say, ‘I love the tile on the outside’ and ‘I love the backsplash’. More realistic would be, ‘does it have a pool? ‘ and ‘where’s my room’.

It all depends most of your bathroom windows are a textured or a frost so that you can't see out in other people can't see in while you're taking a shower or dropping a deuce or just handling your business 😂😂😂

The show gives us a perception and and at the end with all that Elvis has left the room Vegas decorations then back to design school she needs. Christiana spends a bit too much on the decorations and upgrades VS Tarik but it all works out with a better looking project but a little leas profit
