In soap bubble problem, i think the air inside the bubble is not changed and due to charge distribution concept the e will equal get distributed on the surface of the bubble, which overall make bubble more in size...

+ve work---> work done by the e- beam on the system (bubble)because it is hitting the soap bubble

sir in my opinion the thermodynamic work is done by the system that is gas. because the system has three types of energy these are electrostatic potential energy that becomes less negative on increasing volume of bubble and the second energy is surface tension energy which increases as the surface area of the bubble increases and the last form of energy is energy of gas. since both the surface energy and the electrostatic energy also increases. hence the system must have done work

In the second case, internal pressure of the system increased due to electrostatic pressure as you said and atmospheric pressure remained constant. Since electrons are now part of the system there are 4 type of forces responsible
1. Electronic repulsion
2. Surface tension
3. Force due to atmospheric pressure
4. Force due to Internal pressure
Since there is overall expansion hence
The work done by electronic repulsion is +ve and that of surface tension is - ve
Work done by atmosphere is -ve and air inside is +ve. Since the internal energy of the system is decreased in this process hence there is a thermodynamic work involved .

Yes work is done by the system as due to electrons over the bubble increses the electrostatic pressure inside the bubble.
In case of soap bubble when electrons disperse over it its size(volume) increases due to electrostatic repulsions. And considering it as a system (bubble and electrons) work is done by the system to expand against surrounding. It can be also understood taking work done of expansion of bubble. As bubble expands it releases energy so the work is done by it.🙏

Bro, we never relate (inversely) W by sys to W on sys. Rather we relate (inversely) W by sys to W by surrounding. So, when we say W by sys is -ve it implies W by surr is +ve and not W on sys is +ve.
