  • Tandoori Pyaz Roti
    Ingredients:
    - 2 finely chopped onions
    - 1 chopped green chili
    - Fresh coriander leaves
    - Salt to taste
    - 1/4 teaspoon anar Dana powder
    - 1/4 teaspoon Aamchur powder
    - 1/4 teaspoon Kali mirch powder
    - Wheat dough
    Procedure:
    1. Combine the chopped onions, green chili, and spices in a mixing bowl.
    2. Take a portion of the wheat dough, press it into a round shape on the mixture using a small amount of water on your hands.
    3. Heat an iron tawa, ensuring it's free from any oil or greasing. Once hot, place the roti on the tawa, cook one side thoroughly, then turn the tawa toward the flame for even cooking.
    4. Remove the roti from the tawa, apply butter or ghee.
    5. Serve the Tandoori Pyaz Roti with curd, vegetables, or dal.
