It all came down to the fact that Zendaya was waaay younger than the other celebrity dancers so her fans who were yiung kids werent up that late to watch and vote. She may not have officially won but like Val said he wanted her to win to help her jump start her career. Her career took a bige step after DWTS. All the movies she had been in, starring a Bruno Mars music video and most recently was the youngest actress in history to win an emmy for a lead role.
