When they first enter Manticore's Tavern, look at the Claw game in the back! It's called Gauntlet and the "claw" is very clearly an Infinity Gauntlet! I chuckled when I saw it! So cute!
Onward is a really endearing, heartfelt movie with soo many poignant moments (entire third-act)!!! It may not be in the upper echelon of Pixar movies but its still a really good one, folks!! Check it out

If you watch to the end of the credits Pixar actually has a thank you message to a D&D team (Idk if I'm saying that correctly) thanking them for letting Pixar use the gelatinous cube and beholder in the movie. I just thought it was cool to have included that in the credits

No it's not. It's similar to that but it's not a reference. Pixar only references other Pixar movies, and once In a while disney movie

That's what the person who made the video said, but Pixar didn't intend to add that reference. They literally just made a scene in a movie and then Lord of the ring fans are being like, "Omg it's the Lord of the rings!" Though it's actually not

Ian and Barley are elves. This must be a reference to the dark elves in Thor 2. Also, their skin is blue, which is an obvious reference to Ronan, Yondu, and Nebula, who also have blue skin. Oh and the dragon at the end is made of stone, a can’t-miss nod to Mulan’s great stone dragon.

When I heard “Phoenix gem” I immediately thought “Phoenix down” from final fantasy. That also brings the dead back.
Well the phoenix itself it symbolic of rebirth, so that's why two items with phoenix in the name have similar properties.

You forgot the scene when Barley strangles Ian is probably a reference to the scene where Peter Q. strangles Peter P. In the scene where the Guardians met Tony, Dr. Strange and Peter Parker in Infinity war.
Actually I think a lot of people miss the reference to Frozen wen Ian is getting strangled he tells barley "Let me go" and immediately their mother says "Let him go"! Very familiar to Elsa saying "Let it go! Let it go!"
The high school looks amazingly like Southgate High School, part of the Los Angeles school system. Right down to the number of doors and windows.

Personally I don’t like the idea of Onward being during the times of Brave, don’t forget their are two moons in the sky, meaning that this is NOT on earth.
However, if you look carefully at the design of the Mountain *Raven’s Point* you’ll notice that the design of the mountain looks similar to the Axium from Walle, my theory is that one of the Axium ships crash landed on this alien planet, and the people that survived, turned into the strange fairytale creatures we see in this movie.

well, not only is he a great disney villain, but Onward is FULL of Greek/Roman/Norse mythology. Hades was the Greek god of the Underworld, and guarded hiis territory while not being allowed on Olympus because of a rivalry with all twelve Olympians. I'm looking for any Thanatos references, as Thanatos was the god of death, but the Hades reference works well enough due to the fact that they are trying to bring back their dead father, something that the gods try to stop regularly in the old myths, and one of Thanatos's main jobs was to make sure the dead _stay_ dead.

Just watched it today, and already it’s on the top of my favourite list
The ending credits had a legal blurb that the Gelatinous Cube _and Beholder_ were the property of Wizards of the Coast, but I didn't remember seeing a beholder anywhere in the movie.
Possibly they removed it before the final version, or it was a decoration in the Manticore Tavern.
Even though Ian and Spider-Man both have red and blue you're also forgetting like they also both lost their other half of their family

The hades and the hydra patch as well as the Valhalla van scene reminded me of Hercules as well as when their mom and the manticore are leaving the pawn shop you can see a vase that looks like the art in the animated Hercules movie

I think all the fans reading "jacket sleeve as cast" could be mistaken. It is likely a bracer, or vambrace (armoury thingie worn on arm).
The only Easter egg I saw that you didn’t point out, was that in the end when he is explaining magic to his class, you can see one of the students has a monsters Inc hat.
The stickers on the back window of his car contain some Easter eggs too. Lucy from Disenchantment for example.
*It's a cast, not a jacket sleeve.* I really love Barley’s character design and character traits, it's what makes him so unique and give off the amazing older brother vibe.
*Where in the Pixar universe?* It's a hard decision between ”after Brave, before Incredibles” and ”after Bugs Life, Before Monsters University/Inc”. Reasons why are it's very close to brave in terms of the feel for the movie, but it couldn't be before Incredible's movie because of one concept, ”smartphones”. Incredibles takes place in the Golden Age of Superheroes, ’70-’90s, so having smartphones to it wouldn't make sense. It's more likely that it is before the Monsters era, estimated year's 3100-5201. Because of the rise of a new evolution after Bugs Life, it would make sense that onward would take place here due to the rediscovery of technology, it would also make sense for the fact that technology evolves rather quickly. There history just might be a whole new history of the medieval era. Yes, it is very close to brave in monuments, but it's possible that those could have been around for millions of years.
Then there's still the open idea of split timelines, but that hasn't been necessary so far. And hopefully, the upcoming movie ”Soul” will help connect ”Inside Out” to the main timeline rather than just saying, ”2017, Riley is weird”.
Well... If you observe, there's two moons in the sky. So they might not even be on the same plannet as the rest of Pixar moovies. But there IS a connection. Check SCB theory, If you are currious

Easter egg I found: in the scene where barley finds the ravens point in the background you can see the mountain the croods try to climb in the movie The Croods.
There was heavy toy story two vibes from the gas station (music) to when barley unlocked the door in mini form and throughout the car chase sequence 😭

I caught some lord of the rings references and loved it!
The wizard in the beginning that destroys the cave with the lightning spell, is literally Gandalf. “GAND-ELF”

at the beginning of the movie, ian and barley’s mom accidentally steps on one of barley’s game figurines and it is a direct easter egg from the first toy story. when their mom steps on the toy, she says “what did i tell you about your army toys (or something like that)” and kicks it to the side JUST like andy’s mom did :)
The Magic Beans are also a reference to "Mickey and the Beanstalk" in "Fun and Fancy Free" (which, of course, is based on the fairy tale)

How Onward fits into the Pixar Theory: This world isn’t Earth, but rather one that one of the Buy N Large ships crashed landed on. The fae creatures designed their society based on what they studied on the remains of the ship.
Barely: "There was a gauntlet! Maybe it was more, coincidentally, some different quest? That's a possibility..."
This line technically breaks the fourth wall indicating that Barley is aware of the MCU and the events of infinity war.

This might be a bit of a stretch but: You missed an Easter egg in Barley’s jacket! There was this sign that read “HADES”. I know its refencing to greek mytology but I like to say its a reference to Hercules.
When Dad’s “body” turned to the pixies in the gas station, it was a reference back to a similar scene between Linguini and Colette in Ratatouille

ravens point "mountain" fits perfectly into the blueprints of the space ships from wall-e and makes sense that onward didnt take place on earth

The original map to find the gem that is hanging on the tavern wall is the lotr map of middle earth, as well as when ian and barley are floating down the river in the cave on the giant cheese puff you can find statues that they pass by like the scene in lotr when they are canoeing about to go to war.

A big one I spotted was a nod to the Spider-man franchise, seeing as Tom Holland is the current Spider-Man. When Barley is trying to use the staff to summon their dad and he tries different stances is very similar to when Toby McGuire as Peter Parker, is trying to shoot out his webs and trying different hand gestures and stances.
