Super informative, especially on anatomy of a sanke keg. Thank you for taking the time to make a video like this.

Very good video. Took me forever to find a video showing a basic break down and how to gravity fill one of these kegs. Cheers, very helpful

Hook a coupler up to the spear after removing from the keg and it will open up the ball to rinse

Carefully drill a hole from the inside just through the plastic to see whats behind it and probe the insulation with a screw driver to make sure. Also luck 🍻

Excellent video!! I learned a lot. Can you tell me, do you use your fridge in the winter? I want to start kegging and keep my fridge in the garage but am afraid my beer will freeze in the winter.

Can you tell me which ink bird you are using and what temps you are using to trigger heat and cooling. also what wattage light bulb are you using? Thank in advance

I use the Inkbird 308 with a hot - cold setting of (+ -) 2 degrees. The paint can has a 72 watt = 100 watt incandescent light bulb. I keep the temp @ 38 degrees year round in Denver Colorado.

Why do you use dish soap and not PBW?

All very interesting. Please learn better lighting. this video is way too dark. But I am wondering why you did a complete teardown of the kegerator and the lines? Why do you need to clean and sanitize what never has contact with the beer? When you have a corny FULL of sanitizer, why not use that to run back trough your tap lines and call it a day? Dump most of the sanitizer, re-install the spear and tap sanitizer from tour pressurized corny through the lines. When it runs dry you corny is clean, full of co2 and ready to be filled from the carboy. A simple depressurize and spraying of a small amount of sanitizer and rack into the corny, pressurized and go. A few too many steps it seams.
