Mike, there are loads of people who would love to have what you have. Even the older trains, structures, rolling stock, etc have sentimental and play value. Plus, i assume its all paid for, so enjoy after you move.

ALL paid for.... and since I am down-sizing, ALL is paid for in advance..... saving all the track, turnouts, details. Even the track nails and rail joiners..... I have moved layouts before..... I KNOW what to do ......

It WILL be a change in the downsizing, but am looking forward to it. The house we have now is just TOO darn much for us olde phartes..... The cabin has been in her life ALL her life. I am looking forward to sharing it with her. Thanks...

Yup ... to Da Cabin on Da River.... Muskingum River in Ohio, near Coal Run on Hwy 60 (twixt Lowell & Beverly Ohio) good cabin, good land and GREAT wife.....
